Cosmopolitan #FashFest Goodies!

I know a couple of weeks have passed (sorry!) but as previously promised here is a brief run down of what came in our goody bags from the Cosmopolitan #FashFest...

A Cosmo special fashion magazine
A Very magazine
Gingerbread Coffee-say what! It's guna be delicious
Nair hair removal cream with argon oil- almost bought this the other day, looking forward to trying it out.
Sienna X Exfoliating Cream
Sienna X Gradual Tan- will have to find a guinea pig for this, I'm allergic to tanners!
Mini Baileys- yes!
Toni & Guy Cool Defining Cream
DHC Deep Cleansing Oil- already used this a little and love it!
Keratése Laque Noir
VO5 Nourish My Shine

Skin Art Dreamer Transfer Tattoos

Barry M Gelly Nail Vanish in Chilli

 Dernalogica Mini Set

Balmi in Mint- this was my favourite thing! You know by now that I love a lipbalm. This one comes with a little attachment so you can put it on your keys or phone so it doesn't get lost. It's really moisturising and smells amazing too.

Cosmopolitan #fashfest

On Thursday evening we went up to London to attend the Cosmopolitan Fashion Festival at the Battersea Evolution Center which was lots of fun...
We were given our first drink and went through in to the reception hall where there were complimentary treatments available including manicures by Barry M, hair styling from Fudge and make overs from Urban Decay. Unfortunately I took too long sticking my eyelashes on and we missed all that...good one Harriet, high five to me!

We then went though to the main hall and took our seats for the fashion show hosted by Laura Whitmore!

Here are all the models showing off a checked collection.
All the clothes featured are from high street stores and are current collection. The stores shown included Topshop, Miss Selfridge, River Island, ASOS, Primark and Boohoo.
The were shown in trend collections rather than shop collections so you had to really pay attention as the models came out!

A little of the animal prints collection.
Other trend collections shown were...
Military
Metallic
Monochrome
Dark Autumn Florals
Pastels

Good bye models...
I thought, as it was a high street show the models would be a bit more 'normal women' types, however they were all very tall and skinny and beautiful!

Once the fashion show was done we went back out and tucked in to some booze!

I'm not normally that into Baileys, but this tiny cocktail was delicious! The Princess and The Pirate is Baileys mixed with Captain Morgan rum with a little squirt of cream on the top...and I had 4!
We, of course, had cosmopolitans too!
Oh and maybe some wine and Baileys at the same time...oh dear!
Everyone was also given a goody bag which you can see here in Emmas hand as she drunkenly walks in to our hotel wall, but I'll go in to the contents of that in another post as I'm rambling through pictures...!
All in all it was a really fun night and I really hope they do it again next year
